I’m a Mississippi-based marriage and motherhood photographer who puts her heart and soul into giving you a once-in-a-lifetime experience while we document your once-in-a-lifetime love.

Details like the hydrangeas from your grandmother’s garden in your bouquet. How your husband cradles your newborn’s tiny toes so gently in his hands. Or the sweet kiss on the cheek you get from your daddy before heading down the aisle.

Like most good things, my photography business was born out of hard work, determination, and quite a few on-my-knees conversations with God.
I was working for the University of Southern Mississippi (Go Eagles!!) and finishing my doctorate in higher education administration. I had every intention to continue my career in this field. Then, unexpectedly, plans changed!
By chance, I was put in charge of photographing a few of my colleagues for our department’s website. Long story short: I fell completely in love with everything about that experience.
I knew I wanted to spend more time with a camera in hand! So, during my breaks, nights, and weekends, I started shooting families and couples (totally for free at first!) and taking every photography course I could get my hands on.
Before I knew it, this little “side hobby” was taking off, and I was balancing a growing business, a full-time job, and school at the same time.
It was a juggling act, to say the least. And if I’m spillin’ the tea, quite frankly, I was exhausted. But I didn’t want to give up my photography business. I loved what I was doing. So I prayed. A LOT.
Eight years later, and God has provided so much for me since putting my doctorate on hold to see where this business takes me.

My sweet husband and high school sweetheart, Corey. He’s my biggest cheerleader and constant support system, and I can’t imagine doing life without him by my side.
A glass of good wine. Pinot Grigio anyone?
Monogramming anything I can nail down and my lifetime subscription to Southern Living Magazine.
Our 9 fur babies! Six of which are rescues. Yep, our house is a zoo. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Christmas music. I listen to it year-round.
If George Strait sang it, it has my whole heart.
Treating my clients like I’d treat a friend. Making sure you feel so special and cared for during your photos is my number one priority.
