Get ready to have fun, friend! Your engagement session will be two things: Completely complimentary and absolutely fabulous. This session is also such a beautiful way for me to get to know you and your fiancé before your wedding day. Because of this shoot, your wedding portraits will be a complete breeze!

About two months before your wedding, I’ll send you a questionnaire that will help me prepare your wedding day timeline and shot list. We’ll get together to chat about the elements of the entire day in more detail too, but this isn’t the only time you’ll hear from me (far from it!). I am here for you. Vendor recommendations? Color schemes and flower choices? Other questions? You can count on me to be here, answering your texts, calls, and emails and helping you plan every little thing.

Can you believe it? After all those months of planning, it’s finally here. You won’t have to show up to your big day feeling nervous your photos won’t feel natural or worried about keeping everyone on a timeline. That’s all on me, friend! You get to enjoy the love of your life. Leave the documenting and coordinating to me.

As excited as you are to receive your gallery, I am equally excited to be sending it to you! Grab the tissues and your hubby —it’s time to relive your day all over again. You’ll see sneak peeks from your wedding within a few days of the event and receive your complete online gallery within 2-3 months.

I love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. Your planner will also be a huge part of this. How do I book?

A retainer and a signed contract are required to book your wedding date. The remaining balance can be broken up into two payments or one. All balances due must be paid 30 days before your wedding, and everything can be completed online for your convenience. Contact me to learn more.

Do you have any vendor recommendations?

Yes! I’d be delighted to add wedding videography to your proposal when you inquire about reserving your date. In-house wedding film creator extraordinaire, Megan Cook, is ridiculously talented at what she does and has worked closely with me for almost 5 years to bring video to our couples.
Do you also do videography?

Goodness, yes! I will work closely with your other vendors both on your wedding day and leading up to it so your timeline is organized and flawless.
Can you coordinate with my wedding planner?

Your wedding photography experience includes 8 hours of shooting time. Micro wedding photography experiences include 4 hours.
I am often asked if 8 hours is enough time to capture the full wedding story, and the answer is yes! You can always add additional coverage as we get closer to the big day and I have a good idea of your timeline.

How many hours does my wedding experience package include?

I always promise you at least 30 high-resolution digital images from your engagement/bridal/or anniversary session (that’s just a minimum).
For your wedding day, you can expect to receive a minimum of 500 images, depending on your package.
You will have the ability to print, share, and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes! To learn more, get in touch.
How many photos will I receive?

Is this the South, or is this the South? Yes, sweet friend, let’s talk hair and makeup for days. Our professional, certified stylist, Kimber Smith, has worked in the wedding industry for years. And let me tell you, this girl will create magic and make you feel so beautiful (because you are!). We about hair and makeup by getting in touch.

Your gallery will be entirely online and accessible by a custom link for your convenience. You can share this link with family and friends, too!
How will my gallery be delivered?

Yes! Your engagement session is complimentary when you book me as your wedding photographer. Engagement sessions are my favorite, and I love traveling for them! I can also offer you several locations for shooting locally. However, if you have a spot already in mind, share that with me. I actually love it when my couples ask me to photograph them in a location that means something special to them!
